Fantasy console projects

I added a couple of projects I made for the Pico-8 fantasy console in the past.

• 1Kommand — A missile command minification in 1024 compressed bytes (PICO-1K Jam 2022)
• 1k scroller — A classic text scroller (PICO-1K Jam 2022)
• Pixwheels — A demake of Pathological (LOWREZJAM 2020)
• Viper 313 — A top-down arcade shooter

⭐ Reorganized

Added a new "Interactive fiction" section and moved the relevant projects there, and move some projects to the "Other" section for things that aren't games.
