Website Migration

My website has received some much needed attention. I migrated it over to Pelican, a static site generator I've been using quite a bit lately.

The reason I moved to Pelican is a matter of reliability. Every time I wanted to update my website, Jekyll would fall over with a fatal error, it curled into a ball on my floor, winching in pain. I would spend half a day to resolve the issue, only to repeat the process the next time.

⭐ New look

I also took the opportunity to move the style sheet framework over to W3.CSS, which I have come to like a lot. In for a penny, as they say, and I redesigned the layout too, which uses a CGA-like palette that resemble the DOS era.

📦 New host

I also migrated my website to Neocities, previously it was on Codeberg's static pages. The reason for moving was because my website felt lonely. We all know how that feels!

🚀 Looking ahead

For the future I plan to add support for project tags, to help group them together and make browsing more interactive.

I'll also be adding new projects I have been working on (I took up Free Pascal!), and add a couple of older projects I created in the past.
